Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    8oz unsweetened coconut almond milk
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp Smuckers butterscotch syrup
    1 tbsp butter spray, divided
    1 tsp cornstarch
    1 packet splenda
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    2 tbsp light whipped cream

Tips

The drink is really good without the whipped cream. I often drink it without the cream just to save on calories.

Directions

2 tbsp whipped cream mixed with half butter spray. Put whipped cream mixture in the bottom of a mug and side aside. Heat milk, brown sugar, remaining butter spray, corn starch and apple cider vinegar on medium heat stirring constantly, just until boiling. Stir in butterscotch. Remove from heat, pour into mug. Top with additional whipped cream (Optional, calories not included).

    Incredible!
This is a truely amazing recipe. I have made this numerous times; and it hits the spot every single time. Taste better and better. I have made various butterbeer recipes in the past. This by far takes the cake. It's not too heavy or too sweet like the others I have made.

    well done.
