Ingredients

3/4 cups imitation butter spread, at room temperature
1-1/2 cups Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2-1/2 cups whole grain pastry flour
    1 jar (12oz) any flavor all-fruit preserves
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 325*F. Coat a 13" X 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
Place imitation butter spread and 1/2 cup of the Splenda in a large bowl.
Using an electric mixer on medium speed beat until light and creamy.
Reduce speed to low.
Gradually beat in 2 cups of the flour to get coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Press crumbs firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Spread preserves over the top.
In a medium bowl combine eggs and remaining 1 cup of Splenda.
Beat on high, gradually beating in remaining 1/2 cup flour. Spread over preserves.
Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on a rack.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Makes 24 squares.
Make 2 or 3 more batches. Using your favorite flavors of all-fruit preserves. Our family favorites are Blueberry, Orange, Strawberry, Pineapple and Grape!

I am learning to use Splenda will try this.
I have already had some desserts with Splenda and didn't over eat at all. And I was surprisingly satisfied that was a GOOD THING!.
