Nice blend of spices that don't overwhelm the taste of the burger. I've tried a few recipes for turkey burgers and this one by far is the best I've tried. I make up a whole batch and put them in the freezer to thaw and grill later for a quick meal - 4/16/07

I also left out the red pepper since I don't really like things too spicy but added a little black pepper. Cooked on the grill, added Alpice Lace swiss cheese and some sauteed onions and mushrooms. Really enjoyed it! - 5/23/10

I used mince garlic and onion and flax seed instead of breadcrumbs and egg white. I needed something different since I've been making turkey meatballs. Will definitely make them again. - 12/27/09

These were great! I ended up adding some minced onion, green onion and about 1/2 tsp. of poultry seasoning, reduced the red pepper to a pinch and added black pepper. I served them on wheat buns with whole berry cranberry sauce instead of fatty condiments and I made a lite coleslaw as a side. Yummy!! - 11/14/09

These are great!! I take my thumb and press down in the middle of the burger to help evenly cook the burger.

We had turkey burgers tonight and they were great. I didn't add any egg and didn't have seasoned breadcrumbs but thought plain crumbs worked just fine. Even my husband liked them and he usually turns his nose up at anything other than beef. - 2/22/09

Fantastic recipe! Only thing I changed was that I doubled the recipe so I could freeze remaining patties. I used jarred minced garlic IPO of the garlic powder and just a salt free seasoning IPO of the crushed red pepper. Excellent!! - 3/7/13

Loved this recipe...I altered a little with fresh ingredients instead of only seasoning. Used real garlic, onion, and peppers in the food processor to get them really fine. The smell of these cooking was amaz-zing! Also used thin whole wheat bagels for "buns" and leaf spinach for "greenery". Yum! - 1/26/11

Maybe the best turkey burger I've made. The cayenne gives just the right amount of kick. Tasty enough that you hardly need any condiments! - 5/4/08

I made these last night. My husband and son had ground beef, but I tried turkey and they were very tasty. I didn't use a whole pound of meet because it was only me, so next time I will need to adjust the seasonings and egg, mine fell apart on the grill. But they were delicious.
    Thank you
