My mom used to make this, but it had marshmallow whip and full-fat cream cheese. This version is awesome, (maybe even better, shhhh) but a whole lot fewer calories and absolutely NO FAT!
love it, and so did my party-goers. Think I'll experiment with a graham crust and layered fruit. Decadent!! - 5/17/07

I changed this up just a bit, and subbed 0% plain greek yogurt for the Dannon. Then added 1 tsp of vanilla and 1 tsp of splenda. Came out great, just needs a little extra blending to make it super smooth. Nutritional info. for 1 oz serving came out 26.9 cals, 119 sodium, 2 carbs and 3.5 protein. - 2/15/10

OMG! So yummy! I could eat it right out of the bowl itself! The only change I made was that I couldn't find the fat free crème cheese so had to get 1/3 lower fat crème cheese. Otherwise I left it the same. Incredibly delish! I had it with melon, watermelon, bananas, strawberries, and orange segments - 4/13/16
