Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked
    2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    3 cloves Garlic, crushed
    1.5 cups Snow Peas, fresh
    1.5 cups Green Beans (snap), cut in bite-sized pieces
    18 large or 14 jumbo Shrimp, raw
    1 tsp ground Ginger
    1 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce

Directions

In wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil. Add garlic and heat for a minute. Add snow peas and beans and stir for 2 minutes. Add shrimp, ginger and soy sauce and stir for two minutes. Add cooked spaghetti and continue cooking until shrimp is pink and cooked thoroughly
