Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Pork Chops
    2 Cups Chicken Broth
    1 Cup White Long-Grain Rice
1 Large Apple (cored and cubed)
    1 Large Onion (coarsely chopped)

Directions

Place a large skillet on medium heat. Lay 2 pork chops on the bottom of the pan. Cover these with 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of chicken broth. Add chopped apple and onion to this. Cover and cook 20 minutes, or until rice has absorbed broth and chops are cooked through.

These pork chops come out so tender and flavorful! This recipe serves 4 (half a chop plus a fourth of the rice/onion/apple mix) and is great with a green salad or a cooked vegetable. The best part? Only one skillet to wash!
