Ingredients

My Recipe Ingredients:
1. Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
2.Turkey (light meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced
3.Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp
4.Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 10 grams
5.Hard Boiled Egg, 1 cup, chopped
6.Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
7.Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped
*Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup(optional)
8.Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup, diced
Directions
-You take some clean lettuce and cut as much as you want(2 cups recommended for better results).
-Mix the ketchup and the mayo;stir, and then mix the sauce with the lettuce.
-Add a cup of light boiled turkey(chopped or sliced).
-Chop a cup of fresh tomato on top.
-Slice or chop a cup of hard boiled egg afterwards
(preferably without the crocus).
-On top of that,add some chopped red or/and yellow sweet pepper(1/2 cup).
-Sweet canned corn is only optional,for the fans of it.
-In the and,just throw some delicious cheese on top(chopped or sliced or even cottage cheese).With this salad i prefer sliced low cal yellow cheese.
