Introduction

Nice and FLUFFY whole wheat bread. I use Fine Ground Spring Wheat, Raw Turbinado Sugar or Honey , and olive oil to make it as Alkiline as possible. ENJOY!

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 cups warm water
    2 TBS Yeast
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    1/3 cup Turbinado Sugar of Honey
    1/3 cup Olive Oil
    2 Eggs
    4 cups Fine Ground Spring Whole Wheat

Directions

Mix Water, Yeast, Salt, Sugar in a large bowl. Let sit 5 min.
Whip oil & Eggs in small bowl.
Combine both into the big bowl. Stir in 3 cups of flour.
Mix will be all one gooey consistancy. Let rise till it doubles.
Mix a little again and pour it out onto the remaining cup of flour on the counter. Flip the flour onto the dough and pat it in until it is able to be picked up. KNEED TWICE.
Divide into 2 loaves and let them rise in greased pans.
Bake 350 for about an hour. Let it rest on the counter on its side until cool enough to touch. ENJOY!
