Ingredients

    1 Large Avocado, peeled & pitted, cut in quarters
    1 Green pear, quartered & core removed
    1 Kiwi, quartered & skin removed
    1/2 a Long English Cucumber, peel left on & chopped into 4
    1 Tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
    1-3 Tbsp Liquid or Raw Honey, according to taste
    1 Tbsp of Ground Flax Seed or Hemp Seeds
    1 Cup of cold water

Directions

Whir it all up in a blender or food processor. You may want to add more water depending on how thick you want it to be. You could also add fresh mint for some extra zing.

This would also be a great cold soup recipe for the summer. Just chill in the fridge and add sprigs of fresh mint for garnish.
