Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Pkg Pillsbury Reduce Sugar Yellow Cake Mix
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce (I sometime use the cinnamon)
    3/4 c. egg substitue
    1 c. water
    2 1/2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen (if frozen, thaw just a little)
    TOPPING
    1 c. Splenda BrownSugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. dry oats
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick or 1/2 cup Lite Butter

Directions

Blend together the first four ingredients. Fold blueberries into the cake mixture. Pour into a sprayed 9x11 cake pan. Mix dry topping ingredients together then cut in the butter. Sprinkle the topping mixture over cake and blueberry mixture. I spinkle half and then swirl it into the mix with a knife then sprinkle the other half on top.
Bake at 350 for approx. 40-45 minutes.
