    1/4 c onion chopped
    1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. asparagus, steamed crisp tender
    6 eggs
    1/4 c WW Flour
    1 c nonfat milk

Directions

layer ingredients in 9X9 greased baker in order given. TIP: blend WW Flour and Milk in shaker before adding to whipped eggs. bake 30-35 mins @ 400 degrees
