    1 c. short grain brown rice
    3 c. milk
    4 TBSP maple syrup
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Boil rice and milk for 1 hour. Add rest of the ingredients and cook for additional 30 minutes or until desired.
