I've entered this recipe using fresh ground wheat, and am amazed at the difference in nutrition. This is lower in 14 nutrients, one by 51% and only slightly higher in 3! This will only show ingredients, but remember fresh ground wheat significantly looses nutritional value within 24 hours of being made. Ingredients

    5 c warm water
    2 T yeast
    1/2 c oil
    3/4 c honey
    Mix in Bosch or other mixer
    7 1/8 c flour
    Mix 3 minutes let rise 20-30 min
    2 T salt
    2T gluten
    2T dough enhancer
    4 1/8 c flour
    mix for 10 min let rise 8 min, punch
    divide into 4 or 5 equal loaves, put in greased pans

Directions

Let rise final time for 20-30 min, cook 350 for 30 min.
