Ingredients

    3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 medium head of cabbage, thinly sliced
1 medium yellow or white onion, diced
1 medium jalapeno pepper, chopped (I like the heat so I leave the seeds in the pepper)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
6 oz. 95% fat free Ham Steak, in 1/2 inch dice

Directions

Add sunflower oil to a heavy skillet and heat to medium/medium high.
Add cabbage, diced onion, chopped jalapeno, garlic power and black pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionnally, until the cabbage is tender and onion is turning transparent. Add the diced ham. Stir and cook to heat the ham.
Remove from heat and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
