    4 oz whole wheat heatlhy harvest rotini
    2/3 cup non fat milk
    1 tbs whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 copy shredded colby/monterey jack
    1 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    1/4 tsp onion poweder
    1/8 tsp garlic salt
    1 cup shredded carrot


cook 4 oz of whole wheat pasta.
combine milk and flour with a whisk. add milk mixture to a pan and bring to a boil.
add cheese, onion powder and garlic salt and stir over heat until melted
add pasta and carrot and serve
