Ingredients

    Dry beans 1.5 cup
    Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup
    Canned chopped tomatoes, undrained 2 796mL cans
    Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 2 medium, chopped
    Green Beans 1 can
    Yellow Beans 1 can
    Vegetable broth 8 boullion cubes

Directions

Soak beans overnight
Boil barley, beans and boullion cubes in 16cups of water for 1.5 hours
Add other ingredients, boil for 10 minutes.
