    2 Cans Campbell's Chicken Noodl Soup; 1 can Campbell's Chicken Broth; 6 carrots; 1 cup chopped onion; 6 cups cooked brown rice. Salt/pepper to taste.


Add 1 1/4 cups Brown Rice to one can of chicken broth (add water to make 3 1.4 cups water/broth). Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer and cover until all the water is gone.

Start cooking chicken. (I baked mine in the oven for 30 minutes)

While the rice and chicken is cooking, put two cans of chicken noodle soup into a large pot. Add carrots and onions and bring to a boil.

Once chicken is done, dice and add to soup mix. Let continue to boil for 10 minutes.

Once rice is done, add to soup mixture.

Wah-lah! You now have chicken noodle/brown rice soup!
