Introduction

Yummy warm and filling on a cold rainy day. I use either 2 packages of chicken breasts, or a whole chicken and remove the skin. Yummy warm and filling on a cold rainy day. I use either 2 packages of chicken breasts, or a whole chicken and remove the skin.

Ingredients

    1 whole chicken, washed and skin removed or 4 chicken breasts deboned and skinless cut into strips.
    Yellow/Red/Orange Bell peppers... use at least 1 cut into strips
    At least 1 cup of salsa
    2 cups of diced tomatoes
    1 bag frozen zucchini
    1 bag frozen brocolli
    1 tblespn curry and curran
    1/2 pot of water to cook chicken and veggies in.

Directions

I use a crock pot overnite, 1/2 full of water, add chicken, and all ingredients, cover and slow cook overnite. Or on the stove med. low heat for 2 hours.

I serve with coarse grated pamesean cheese sprinkled over soup in the bowl. Side is a mixed green salad.
