Introduction

Kind of strange combo, but actually quite good! I'd recommend finding a different can of salmon than the trader joe's - mine still had part of a spinal column in it and i had to pick out the bones. Ingredients

    *Salmon (canned), Trader Joe's Red, 1 can
    *Black Beans - Harris Teeter - 1 can
    Olive Oil, 3 1tsp
    *Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce, 4 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) chopped
    Spinach, fresh, .5 cup, chopped

Directions

chop up ingredients, combine, let chill for 15-20 minutes. voila!
