Ingredients

2 cups romaine leuttce
.5 cup strawberries (halved)
.5 cup fresh pineapple
8-10 thin rings on red onion
.5 ounce crumbled feta cheese
.5 ounce (12 almonds) blue diamond cinnamon & brown sugar oven roasted almonds
sprinkle of ocean spary craisins
Homemade citrus vinegrette:
juice of .5 lemon
1 packet of splenda
about .33 - .5 TBS of honey
a few tablespoons of water
Directions
Makes 1 Large Entree Salad
Put lettuce in bowl and added all additional ingredients - top w/ homemade vinegrette or other dressing of your choice.
Calories include the vinegrette.
Everyone has different tastes & this recipe can be used as a springboard & feel free to add of subtract to your liking.
If the vinegrette is too tart- add another pkt of splenda or a little more honey. I made this to be a thin vinegrette & be fresh- if you like a little thicker don't add as much water.
