Ingredients

    One liter fresh water
    One chopped onion
    One cup of fresh spinach
    Two medium tomatoes
    A box of tofu, cut into cubes
    One vegetable buliion cube
    Two tablespoons of Korean chili garlic paste

Directions

Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Then lower to simmer for about 10 minutes. Serves four, or one hungry husband.
