This is a mildly Dill potato salad This is a mildly Dill potato salad
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 pounds new or red potatoes
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tsp dill seed
    1 dill pickle, minced
    salt, to taste

Directions

Chop your potatoes into about 1/2" chunks, then boil until a fork just goes in easily.
Drain and rinse in a colander, allow to cool.
Sprinkle dill seed and mix well. Add Mayo and mix well.
Mince dill pickle and mix into potatoes.
Salt to taste
