Introduction
Makes 3 servings. Yummy with any combination of mixed berries or you can top with a packet of Splenda or Truvia and a bit of Fat Free Cool Whip or Cream Cheese. A drizzle of Sugar Free syrup is also good. Makes 3 servings. Ingredients

1 (8.5 ounce) package of Jiffy Cornbread Muffin Mix
1 Medium Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Mixed Berries (Blackberries, Blueberries, etc.)
2 tbsp butter or margarine
Directions
1/ Combine muffin mix, egg, butter and milk.
2. Stir in berries
3. Place diviver pan inside XPress Redi Set Go
4 .Spray divider pan whth nonstick cooking spray and preheat
5. Add 3/4 cup of the mixture to each well
6. Cook around 7 minutes or until well browned and a tootpick inserted nto the center comes out clean
7. Wrap in foil to keep warm or serve while making the last batch
8. Serve with bluberry, raspberry or maple syrup or try sugestions from above.
