Introduction

Ingredients

    You will need:

    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    6-8 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
    2 Ripe tomatoes, Cubed
    1 Package of Gimme Lean "ground beef style" protein
    1 can of organic Pinto Beans
    1 tbsp of Ketchup
    1tbs of Chili Powder
    1 tbsp of Onion Powder
    4 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast
    1 Cup of veggie broth

Directions

Turn stove on medium high and heat olive oil in a medium pot. Once the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and tomatoes and cook together for about 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, crumble the GimmeLean, then add to the pot. Mix well. Add all seasonings and stir for 5 minutes.

Finally, add Pinto beans and broth. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serve with Sriracha chili salsa and/or Pace if you're a spice-love like me!
