This is so yummy. I had the pleasure of eating this as a side dish and I ate more of it than the actual entree! I'm making it again right now as I type this review! - 4/29/09

This gets 5 stars from me and the boyfriend, who immediately requested an encore! It's super easy to make and so delicious. I used the white-fleshed yams at the supermarket, and since I didn't have regular milk on hand, I used soymilk. Still tasty tasty tasty. :) - 3/15/09

Very very good! I add crumbled blue cheese on top, and a little cinnamon and just a touch of brown sugar to them. - 2/5/12
