Ingredients

    4 cups cooked squash
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    onion salt to taste or 1/4 cup chopped onions

Directions

In cassarole dish mix: squash, 3/4 cup of cracker crumbs, milk, sugar and eggs, onion salt (or raw chopped onions)
mix well and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cracker crumbs on top. Bake in 150 degee oven until lightly browned and bubbly. Makes 5 one cup servings

    Thank you for sharing with me. I already have this recipe. For the cracker crumbs it must be low sodium or no sodium due to my Mother with HPB. - 7/3/10

    This sounds great! You can cut the calories/cholestrol even more by using Egg Beaters or other egg substitute. Thanks for sharing it! - 7/3/10
