Introduction

This sweet, creamy dressing is great on a salad or to dip veggies or fruit in. This sweet, creamy dressing is great on a salad or to dip veggies or fruit in.

Ingredients

    2/3 cup dry roasted salted cashews
    1/2 pint fresh strawberries, tops removed
    1/3 cup 1% milk
    1-2 T. rice wine vinegar (to taste)
    Stevia powder (to taste)
    salt (to taste)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. You can add more milk if desired to thin out the dressing. Makes 6 servings (serving size will vary depending on how thin or thick you like your dressing).
