Introduction

High protein and fiber, low carb! High protein and fiber, low carb!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    -Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm, 1 block
    -Sunluck Hot Chili Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    -Trader Joe's Stir-Fry Vegetables, 5 cups (whole bag)
    -Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    -Crushed red peppers to taste

Directions

-Cut block of tofu into pieces.
-Put sesame oil on skillet with tofu.
-Saute until brown on both sides.
-Add vegetables, crushed red peppers and soy sauce to the skillet.
-Saute everything together, mixing well.
-Enjoy!
