Another unique protein shake to shake up your morning. Another unique protein shake to shake up your morning.

    1 Pineapple
    1/2 pint of fresh blueberries
    1/2 pint of strawberries
    1/2 cup Quaker instant barley
    4 scoops of Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder
    15 Benefiber tablets
    1/2 cup marshmallows (optional)
    1 tsp flax seed oil
    3 large bananas
    2 6-oz cups of 100-calorie yogurt


Put ingredients into blender, and blend on high for 5 minutes. Include ice to chill.
