    2 cup uncoooked low carb elbow macaroni
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup Greek yogurt
    1 cup shredded carrots
    10 Tbls fat free chip dip
    1 lb frozen shrimp
    1 8 oz package imitation crab
    1/4 freash cilantro
    salt and pepper to taste


cookand drain pasta. add other ingreedents. Chill at least 4 hours.
