Introduction

Ingredients

    1 15.5oz. can Goya Red Kidney Beans
    1 15.5oz can Goya Black Beans
    1/4 cup diced Sweet Red Pepper
    1 small Sweet Onion, diced
    3 cloves Garlic, diced or minced
    1/4 cup choped Cilantro
    1/4 cup unpacked Brown Sugar
    3 Tbsp. Ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    2 Tbsp. French's Honey Mustard
    salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Chop up the garlic, cilantro, onion, and pepper into 1/4 inch dice, or finer. Mix in a mixing bowl. Add the Ketchup, Honey Mustard, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire and a touch of salt and Black pepper. Remove the beans into a colander, and rinse the beans. Mix all the ingredients and place in oven safe dish. Cook for 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Enjoy!
