    1.80 Lb flank steak cooked and shredded
    2 medium sized tomatoes cut in slices
    20 green olives
    3 cups of fresh spinach
    1/4 cup of olive oil
    1/4 cup of vinegar
    50 g red onion
    100 g of sliced avocado


1.- Once the beef is fully cooked, shredded and cooled add the sliced tomatoes, olives, spinach and onion. Mix it all well.
2.- Combine the olive oil with the vinegar and mix well. Add to the meat.
3.- Add the avocado slices and salt and pepper.

    Great recipe. I did not add the spinach but added chopped cilantro.
    I had my serving on a Corn tostada and it was delicious!
