    Tesco Scottish BEEF MINCE, 500 gram(s) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 5 medium (remove)
    Leeks, 1 leek (remove)
    *Beef Gravy, 1 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Sweet Potato, 100 gram(s) (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)
    Aubergine, 100 gram(s) (remove)
    Good 4 you mozerella cheese
    1 1/2 ltr Water


chop onions and carrot and leek
slice potatoes
grate cheese
dry fry mince
add veg to mince and fry for 10 mins add water and beef gravy mix abd cook till veg are tender
leave to go cold

Place half mix in a baking tray/lasagne dish
layer spinache then aubergine season with salt & pepper
place rest of mince on top then place sliced potatoes and sweet potatoes on top season and then spronkle with mozerella cheese
