Ingredients

    100g pasta
    tomatoes
    cottage cheese
    (basil) olive oil
    red wine vinegar
    basil leaves (to taste)
    garlic (to taste)
    dash of hot peppers (to taste)

Directions

serving size: 1 portion

1) Cook pasta as indicated
2) Mix oil, vinegar, spices to a vinaigrette
3) Add cottage cheese to vinaigrette
4) Add cooked pasta
5) Mix well
6) Serve
