Ingredients

    340g potatoes (about 9 medium sized)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Black peppercorns
    Handful of dried/fresh rosemary
    Rock salt

Directions

Take approx 9 medium potatoes.
Cut in half (with skins on)
Parboil for 5-6 mins
Heat oil in a roasting pan
Drain potatoes
Add to hot oil along with peppercors, rosemary.
Stir well to coat all potatoes with oil
Sprinkle rock salt and mix again.
Roast for about an hour.

Great side dish, but can't resist just eating one or two straight out the pan.
