Ingredients

2 tsp Olove oil
1 Garlic clove crushed
1/2 cup white onion diced
3 slices Turkey bacon diced
10 oz Chicken breast cut into small chunks
10 Baby carrots diced
2 Stalks celery diced
1 Red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup Each Frozen peas & Corn
1/2 Uncooked orzo pasta
1 carton Chicken broth(900ml)
1 can Fat free evaporated milk
2 tbsp White Flour
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute Chicken, turkey bacon, garlic and onion until chicken is fully cooked and bacon is starting to brown. Add carrot and celery, saute 3 min. Add red pepper, saute 2 min more.
Meanwhile, whisk together the flour with the evaporated milk until no lumps remain. Add chicken broth to sauted mixture and bring to a boil. Add Orzo pasta and cook on low until pasta is just under done.
Add frozen peas and corn, turn up heat and add evaporated milk mixture. Bring to a boil and stir until soup thickens.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
