Ingredients

* 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
* Fresh ground Black Pepper, to taste (((NOT included in nutritional information!)
* 170 g Red Bell Peppers, chopped (1 average pepper)
* 170 g Yellow Bell Peppers, chopped (1 average pepper)
* 1.5 cups (1 227ml can, rinsed / drained) Water chestnuts, slices (remove)
* 225 g ( 1 398ml can, rinsed / drained) Baby Corn
* 1 cup Unico Black Beans, rinsed / drained
* 2 cups COOKED Brown Rice, long grain
* 2 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
* 4 tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Directions
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add pepper to taste.
2. Add the bell peppers to the pan, and stir-fry for a few minutes. When they are crisp-tender, add the water chestnuts and the baby corn and stir-fry for a few minutes more.
3. Add the black beans, the rice, and the teriyaki and soy sauces and heat through.
4. Makes five generous (packed) cups. Enjoy! :)
