Introduction

Fairly simple recipe and yummy too! Fairly simple recipe and yummy too!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

3 medium potatoes (I used gold for nutritional information - should yield a little over a lb of fries once cut)
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    3-4 cloves of garlic
0.25 tsp kosher salt (to taste)
0.25 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Directions

Preheat Broiler to 425F. Scrub or peel potatoes and cut into 0.25" wide strips (so they look like fries). Mash garlic cloves. Combine garlic and other ingredients in a mixing bowl and put potatoes on top. Cover with Press 'n Seal (or something else, but make sure it's tight) and shake to coat all potatoes. Lay coated potatoes on baking sheet and put in oven for 25 minutes (oven times may vary), turning 1/2 way through. Can cook longer if desired crispiness is not reached.

This looks yummy...Is this supposed to be broiled at 425 for the entire time instead of being baked? - 9/10/10
