Introduction

Moist and really easy dessert. My kids LOVE this. I made it with whole eggs and butter, but also substituted egg beaters and cooking spray on the pan with great results. ANY fruit can be substituted. Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    Apples, fresh, 4 medium (2-3/4" dia)
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, thawed
    Greek Yogurt-Fat Free, Plain or vanilla, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large - can use egg substute
    Splenda 1/2 c.
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice,1/4 cup

Directions

Mix 3/4 c whole wheat flour, 1/2 c splenda, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. greek yogurt, strawberries and peeled/chopped apples, lemon juice.

Melt tablespoon of butter into bottom of 9 x 9 baking pan and pour in mix.

Bake at 425 for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown on top.

Let cool and cut into 12 pieces.
