Ingredients

4 large egg whites
1/4 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chilli garlic sauce(it's an asian sauce)
1 tbsp thinly sliced green onion tops
salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
in small bowl. using a fork or small whisk, whisk the egg whites until they bubble lightly.
Place a small nonstick skillet over med heat. when warm, lightly mist the pan with cooking spray and pour in the egg whites. using a wooden spoon, scramble the whites allowing the uncooked egg whites to run underneath the pieaces that begin to cook, for 3 to 5 minutes or until almost set.
Stir in cooked brown rice, chilli garlic sauce, and green onion. continue stirring until the mixture is warm and egg is completly cooked. season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
