Introduction

Wonderful to make ahead and have on hand in the summer. Wonderful to make ahead and have on hand in the summer.

Ingredients

    4c fresh broccoli crowns
    9 slices of center cut bacon, precooked
    1/3c raisins
    1/2 C mayonnaise
    2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 Tablespoon of granulated sugar

Directions

Cook up the bacon.. fry or broil and chop into small pieces
While the bacon is cooking : I prefer to microwave the broccoli for 1 minute the separate florettes and add to a bowl, add raisins chopped bacon.. sprinkle with the sugar, add vinegar and mayonnaise and stir well.
I prefer mine chilled about an hour but can be eaten immediately.
