Ingredients

    1 Lb Lean Ground Beef
    2 Cans Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 10-Oz. Pkg Frozen Spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
    2 Cups Cauliflower, cooked & mashed (drain well)
    1 Cup Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
    salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions

Brown & drain the beef. Stir in soup. Spread mixture into bottom of 8x8 or 9x9 casserole dish. Spread spinach over beef mixture. Even spread cauliflower over spinach. Sprinkle cheese over cauliflower.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing into 6 servings.
