Ingredients

1 egg
1 egg white
2 Tbsp red bell pepper, chopped finely
2 Tbsp onion, chopped finely
2 Tbsp mushrooms, chopped finely
1/4 C Kraft Mexican style 4 cheese, 2% milk
1 1/2 oz breakfast sausage, cooked
1 medium slice bacon, cooked and chopped
black pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee the veggies in a small skillet prepared with cooking spray until tender-crisp. Place in a small bowl to the side.
Wipe out the skillet and spray again with cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium temperature. Beat the egg and egg white, adding about a tablespoon of cold water. Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet. Sprinkle with black pepper. Cover with a lid.
Once the egg has set. Flip it. Add meats, vegetables, top with cheese. Cover with lid and turn off heat. Let omelette sit on the burner until cheese is melted.
Fold omelette and slide onto a plate to serve.
