    8 oz filet mingon
    2 cups corn
    1 can green beans
    1 can tomato
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 onion
    3 stalks celery
    new potatos
    garlic
    parsely
    oragano
    cajon seasoning

Directions

saute meal in olive oil
chop celery, onions
add all ingredients
season to taste
cook in slow cooker about 4 hours
