Introduction

I needed to use some banana's one night before they went bad. I had this recipe and changed out the high fat for low fat ingredients and this was really good. 190 calories and only 1 gram of fat per serving I needed to use some banana's one night before they went bad. Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Egg white, 2 serving
    Unsweeted Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 2 small chopped
    Salt, .50 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    2 cups flour (whole wheat)
    Poppy Seed 1 tablespoon
    Apple Pie Spice, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .50 tsp
    Apples, fresh, 3 medium finely chopped

Directions

Makes 12 servings in a loaf pan or 9 X 9 pan
Oven temp 350 degrees

Chop apples and set aside. In medium bowl mix together with mixer sugar, egg whites and apple sauce. Add salt, baking soda, flour, spices and poppy seeds. Mix well. Fold in apples and place in baking dish and bake as directed,
