Ingredients
-
Stir Fry
1 block (14 oz) tofu, cubed
1 cup sliced onion
10 oz frozen broccoli
2 cups sliced carrots
1 medium sweet pepper, sliced
2 cups zucchini, chopped
1 cup cabbage, Sliced
Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp mirin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
You'll need a stemer for this. So get your steamer or pot of boiling water ready (with steamer basket!)
Get all your yummies prepped. And pop your carrots in th steamer.
In a wok / huge skillet heat oil and fry tofu. When tofu is fried on 2 sides add onion, zucchini, peppers, cabbage. Add broccoli to steamer. When broccoli is thawed and warmed, add both carrots and broccoli to skillet w/ other veggiess.
Mix all your sauce ingredients together and add to skillet. Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes, tossing once or twice.
Everything should be done once after that! Most of the veggies will probably be al dente. Feel free to garnish with sesame seeds, or kick it up with some chili flakes :)
Serve with rice, or noodle of choice!
