    Grilled Eggplant 115 grams
    Red Kidney Beans 45 grams
    Garbanzo beans 136 grams
    one small scallion chopped
    Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

Add together and mash with hand masher or whatever you like.

Add salt and pepper to taste

Enjoy on bread or some other cracker
