Introduction

I played around with that awesome Banana Chocolate muffin because they were so good! I played around with that awesome Banana Chocolate muffin because they were so good!
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    1 Granny Smith Apple chopped (very small pieces)
    1 Golden Delicious Apple chopped (very small pieces)
    2 tbsp ground Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 Cup Splenda
    1/2 Cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain
    1 Large Egg
    1/4 Cup Nonfat Milk
    1 Cup of All Purpose Flour
    1 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

- Chop apples into very small pieces and cook them in a pan with just enough water to keep them from touching the pan. Add water and cook until apples are soft enough to mash.
-Mash apples and add to a bowl
-Add in all other ingredients and whisk together (it should be very sticky)
-Spoon into muffin tin
-Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

(Mine made 22 small muffins. Only 56 calories apiece and they're tasty!)
