Ingredients

250g minced Beef
2 medium onions
10 mushrooms
Tin of tomatoes
1 pack of bolognese sauce
200g pasta
A pinch of garlic powder.
Grated cheese
Directions
PREPARATIO
Dice the onion.
Prepare the bolognese sauce by mixing the powder with 300ml of water.
Cooking.
Cook the onion in its own juice, when almost cooked add the mushrooms.
Brown the minced beef in a frying pan in a little water.
Once the minced beef, onions and mushrooms are cooked mix them all into the ready made bolognese sauce.
Add the mushrooms and a pinch of garlic powder and allow to simmer for approx 20 mins.
Boil some hot water in a pan, add the pasta and allow to simmer for approx 12-15mins.
SERVE.
Add a little grated cheese on top for taste.
