Got this recipe from a Better homes and Garden, it's easy and delicious I used splenda instead of sugar. I have used it make truffle. I have iced it and eaten it plain. YUM, YUM. Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup of splenda
    6 Tbsp unsweetenen cocoa powder
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 baking soda
    1/4 tsb salt
    3/4 cup of water
    1/2 cup of blueberies
    1 egg
    1/4 cup semisweet chocolate pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. In medium bowl combone flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. In blender combine water, egg and blueberries. cover and blend until smooth. Add to flour mixture. Whisk until well combined. Pour into a greased bundt pan or 8x8x2 baking pan. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpock inserted comes out clean. Invert on cake plate.
